A two-level path into embodied practice, energetic wisdom, and the art of guiding others.
Qigong has been a pillar in my own healing and transformation. It’s the practice that brought me back into my body, taught me how to work with energy in a grounded way, and opened a doorway into deeper emotional, spiritual, and physical balance.
Level One is designed for anyone who wants to build a steady personal practice and understand the core concepts that make Qigong such a powerful healing tool. This level is gentle, accessible, and a beautiful entry point whether you’re brand new or simply wanting a more grounded understanding of the work.
Anyone wanting a deeper relationship with their energy, a stronger personal practice, or a clearer understanding of Qigong before moving into advanced work.
Level One is for personal practice only and does not authorize teaching.
Level Two is where the practice deepens. This level focuses on emotional alchemy, organ intelligence, refined Qi cultivation, and the skills needed to guide others with confidence and integrity.
If you're feeling called to teach Qigong, hold classes, or weave it into your healing work, this is the level that bridges personal experience with professional skill.
Upon completion, you’ll be certified to teach Qigong classes, offer one-on-one sessions, and integrate these practices into your existing healing or wellness work.
My goal is to help you develop a grounded relationship with your own Qi first, so that when you begin teaching, you’re sharing from lived experience, not memorization.
