Qigong (pronounced chi gung) is one of the five branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been practiced for over 5000 years. It is a series of movements with three important components: mindfulness, breath and posture. You don't need props, mats, special clothes or to be in any particular shape. You can even do qigong forms while seated, start where you are!
