Energy work & Reiki gives your body a break from the stresses of daily life, potentially helping to relieve tension and return you to a state of calm & relaxation. Once in this state, your body may be better able to heal any damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease.
During an energy work session, clients may feel waves of subtle energy gently moving through their body. Others may experience heat or coolness and perhaps even see comforting colors or have breakthroughs that clarify issues that need to be healed.
Others have specific emotions surface which may be tied to pain in certain areas or energy centers of the body. Energy work helps to reset the nervous system, clear energetic blockages and promotes healing on all levels.
I receive a ton of information about your energy while you are on my table and I am able to identify issues, emotions, and energetic blockages. I use Reiki, Shamanic practices and other Energy healing techniques to get the stuck or stagnant energy moving, balance the chakra's and clear your energy field. I incorporate sound to reset the brainwave state and calm the nervous system. I will provide you with tools and tips for your continued health and wellness that you can take with you for support beyond your session.
