Sound Healing uses therapeutic vibration, frequency, and resonance to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and energetic balance. Using a variety of healing sound instruments, each session helps the body unwind, release tension, and settle into a state of deep rest where natural regulation and harmony can occur.
As a trained Sound Therapy Practitioner with over 300 hours of professional training, I understand how sound interacts with the body, energy field, and stress response — and how to safely and intentionally support the movement and clearing of stagnant energy through sound vibrations.
Private Sound Healing & Sound Bath Sessions
A personalized sound healing session — often called a sound bath — uses therapeutic vibration, frequency, and resonance to shift energy, calm the nervous system, and support emotional and energetic balance. Through a variety of healing sound instruments, each session guides the body into deep rest where natural harmony can occur. Reiki is included at no additional cost to support deeper alignment and integration.
In-home sessions available for an additional fee. Call or text 408-761-1805 to schedule.
Group Sound Healing sessions offer a collective experience where participants are guided into deep rest, grounding, and energetic alignment through therapeutic sound. These sessions create a shared atmosphere of harmony, connection, and nervous system regulation — ideal for community gatherings, women’s circles, private groups, corporate wellness, and special events.
Each session begins with gentle grounding and a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath using a variety of healing sound instruments. We close with a soft integration period and optional sharing to support clarity, release, and emotional balance.
Group sessions can be tailored for relaxation, stress reduction, team connection, or specific event themes.
Available for groups of up to 100 participants.
Pricing varies based on group size, travel, and event location. Serving Seattle, Tacoma and the Greater Puget Sound area.
