Sherry discovered Qigong through the practice of Tai Chi. Qigong helped Sherry understand how mind, body and spirit are connected and how our energy, emotions & food are directly tied to our overall physical, mental and emotional health.
After years of struggling with major health issues, PTSD, anxiety & depression, Sherry used Qigong practices to bring herself back into balance and now shares this ancient modality to facilitate health and healing in others.
Sherry also organizes and facilitates Forest Therapy and Sound Healing events in conjunction with her Qigong classes or as stand alone events to integrate these practices for optimal health & wellness.
Sherry has extensive experience in the outdoors and has completed her training with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy, other training as a Wilderness Guide, Search & Rescue training, Sound Therapy as well as taken numerous Personal & Professional Development Coaching courses for the past 15 years. Sherry can help facilitate similar transformation in you as she has experienced on her own journey.
Sherry currently teaches bi-weekly Meditation and Sound Healing sessions as well as Resilience Coaching sessions for both Valley Medical Center patients and County employees and is proud to be affiliate #1 of the Morning Crane Healing Arts family, with locations in San Jose, CA, Burbank, CA and Lake Tapps, Washington.
What coaching clients are saying...
(and the reason why I love this work)
"If you can’t tell by my entire paragraph above, meeting you and our initial session GAVE ME LIFE!"
"I can’t wait to work with you again and I already recommended you to my boss. Can we get something on the calendar?"
"Maybe I should space out my sessions but I don’t feel like it 😊 Thanks Sherry!"
"I wanted to tell you that since embarking on this journey I have managed to lower my blood pressure down to normal range without any medication. I’m still in shock about this and actually checked my blood pressure twice this week just to see if it was a fluke. Long story short, thank you for your guidance on this journey so far."
