My story is powerful — but I am not my trauma.
My life and my work are rooted in resilience, compassion, and embodied healing. The rest of it is just a story. Life is often hard, but you don't need to let pain, abuse or trauma make you hard. The only real growth that comes out of being hard is learning how to soften.
To open.
To feel.
To heal.
To meet yourself and others with grace.
Not an easy lesson to learn — but one I choose to practice, every single day.
I am a clear channel for Spirit, I take my healing — and yours — seriously. I don't speak from theory. I didn't just have a "Spiritual Awakening". I didn't learn what I know from a certificate, an attunement or taking a class on the internet. I was born intuitive, I speak from lived experience, years of study and lot's of trial and error. I walk the path with truth, heart, and integrity — a path that is uniquely my own. I know who and what I am and what I am not. What I am is honest, relatable, and real....perfectly imperfect!
I strive to serve my clients with presence, humility, and deep care.
This is the essence of my work:

To channel Spirit.
To embody the LIGHT.
To hold profound space.
To help my clients move energy, remember their own wholeness, take charge of their own healing and wellbeing — through energy, sound, movement, breath, and connection.
